Our Team

Ellen is a 1994 graduate of Wake Forest University and continues to be a loyal “Deac”! She began her career in the financial services industry after having taught English in China in the mid-1990s. Her first position in the industry was in a large insurance company where she had the opportunity to manage a training and development program for insurance professionals. Teaching and making an impact through the ideas and advice she provides clients is what she is passionate about in her career. Building long-term relationships with clients and helping them move forward on their financial path is what drives her and her team every day. As the leader of the practice, her commitment to creating and showing opportunities for team member growth is also a fulfilling responsibility for her.

She is active in her downtown church, a former Board member of the Junior League of Grand Rapids and enjoys travel and playing golf.

Jordyn is a mid-Michigan native and a 2016 graduate of Hope College. After living in Washington D.C. for five years, she joined our team and returned to her Midwestern roots in April 2024. Her operational and project management experience is a great asset to our firm. Jordyn offers prompt and thorough communication, empathy, and a commitment to relationship-building. She enjoys reading, playing tennis (recreationally!), going on long walks, spending time with her friends and large extended family, and takes full advantage of living near Lake Michigan!

Jordyn’s role on the Peacehaven team is to provide exemplary client service, schedule client reviews and plan appreciation and education events!
